Privacy Policy

Fun Friday (funfriday.space) runs online party games for teams. Questions or requests about your data: funfriday@webgrid.studio.

• Account: email address and password (passwords are hashed by our auth provider, Supabase; we never see them).
• Profile: display name and any avatar photo you upload.
• Game content: answers, chat messages, drawings, statements, and photos you add during games (for example in Guess the Colleague).
• Technical: server logs with IP address, browser type and time of request, kept for security and debugging.

To run rooms and games, show scores, keep accounts secure, prevent abuse, and keep the service free through advertising and affiliate links. We do not sell your personal information.

Game moves are streamed live to players in the same room. Rooms close automatically after 24 hours; game state is kept while a room exists. Uploaded photos stay in storage until you ask us to delete them, and accounts are kept until you ask us to delete them.

• Essential: sign-in cookies from Supabase keep you logged in. These are always on.
• Preferences: your browser's local storage remembers things like chat settings and your cookie choice.
• Advertising (only if you accept): Google AdSense and its partners use cookies to show and measure ads, which may be personalised. Learn more at How Google uses information and opt out of personalised ads in Google Ad Settings.

You can change your choice any time:

Some product links on Fun Friday are affiliate links to Amazon India, Flipkart and Myntra (Myntra links may go through an affiliate network). If you buy something after clicking one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, Fun Friday earns from qualifying purchases. We count clicks on these links (no personal data). Once you leave our site, the store's own privacy policy and cookies apply. We never share your email or account details with advertisers or stores.

Supabase (database, sign-in, file storage), Hostinger (website hosting) and Google (advertising) process data for us under their own terms. Data may be processed outside India.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (and the GDPR if you are in the EU/UK) you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email funfriday@webgrid.studio and we will respond within 30 days.

Fun Friday is meant for workplace teams and is not intended for anyone under 18.
