1. Agreement to terms
By creating an account on Fun Friday, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register or use the platform.
2. Acceptable use
Fun Friday is designed to facilitate friendly workplace icebreakers, arcade games, and trivia. You agree not to upload offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content, or engage in behavior that disrupts the experience of other players.
3. Intellectual property
All brand identity assets, visual designs, game content and multiplayer engines are the exclusive property of Fun Friday and its developers, except for the third-party material credited below.
The Speed Trivia questions are adapted from the Open Trivia Database, licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/). The question set, including our adaptations, remains available under that licence.
4. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or suspend rooms, games, and accounts at any time.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post (answers, drawings, photos). You give Fun Friday permission to store it and show it to the players in your room so the games work. Only upload photos you have the right to share, and never photos of colleagues without their consent.
6. Advertising and affiliate links
Fun Friday is free and supported by ads (Google AdSense) and affiliate links to Amazon India, Flipkart and Myntra. Sponsored content is labelled. If you buy through an affiliate link we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, Fun Friday earns from qualifying purchases. Purchases are between you and the store; we are not responsible for products, prices, delivery or returns.
7. Third-party sites
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Their content, terms and privacy practices are their own responsibility.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fun Friday is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or interruptions to the service.
